Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park set an attendance record in 2016 with more than 260,000 visitors over the season, and Fundy National Park next door at Alma recorded 299,530 visits in fiscal 2025-26. Visitors walk the ocean floor among the flowerpot rocks at low tide and kayak around the same rocks at high tide. The park runs its own gift shop at the interpretive centre; outside it, retail is thin and clusters in Alma at the Fundy National Park gate, and the whole thing closes from mid October to mid May.
What sells at the interpretive centre
The flowerpot rocks, the tide, a semipalmated sandpiper, lobster, a lighthouse and a kayak. The rocks are the design: a Hopewell Rocks wordmark in embroidery with the flowerpot silhouette, and a tide-chart wordmark for the visitor who timed the day around low water.
