Tell us the town and the province below and you get the ground courier time from Vancouver on the spot. From there a rep builds the first order with you in a call: the designs that sell in the closest comparable town we already serve, lettered to your name, in the colour card tones that fit your shelf. Coast towns start from what Tofino and Halifax reorder, mountain towns from Banff and Jasper, lake towns from Temagami and Huntsville, cities from Calgary and Ottawa. Ground courier from Vancouver reaches British Columbia in one to two business days, Alberta in two to three, Saskatchewan and Manitoba in three, Ontario in five to six, Quebec in five to seven, the Maritimes in six, Newfoundland in nine to ten, and Yukon and the Northwest Territories in seven. For Nunavut your rep quotes the time. Reorders go through your rep, sized to your season, so a hot colour never leaves a hole in the wall.
