Saskatchewan and Manitoba are new territory for us, and we are saying so rather than pretending otherwise. Statistics Canada counted 2.7 million domestic visits to the Saskatoon region, 2.3 million to Regina and 3.1 million to Winnipeg in 2024, and Churchill's 25,000 visitors spend 88 million dollars a year. The designs are the bison, the polar bear, the Mountie and the prairie lily, drawn as embroidery and localized to each town, and the first program is built with you in a call using what sells in the comparable cities we already serve.
Prairie cities and Hudson Bay
Saskatoon sells the Bessborough and the river, Regina sells the Mountie and the legislature dome, Winnipeg sells The Forks and the polar bear, and Churchill sells the polar bear to people who came 1,700 km to see one. Winter is real across both provinces and Churchill's peak is October and November, so applique hoodies and fleece carry as much of the rack as tees. Our wildlife collection has the bison and the polar bear ready to localize.
How a Prairie program runs
Ground courier from Vancouver reaches Saskatoon, Regina and Winnipeg in about three business days, and Churchill in eight plus the rail schedule. We plan the spring build in May for the festival season, a September fall wave, and for Churchill three separate season orders that each land two weeks early. Reorders go through your rep.
