Cowichan Souvenir Co. builds a merchandising system that gives the product maximum visibility while preserving the order and symmetry of the display.

The ladder design and shirt-in-a-tube program lets retailers organize, maintain and display product with almost no upkeep, while customers browse the designs, feel the quality, and find their size on the tube without unfolding a single shirt.

The design

Cedar cabinets, rope ladders, 140 tubes each.

The cedar cabinets stand upright together with a cubbie between them. Each cabinet holds up to 140 tubes, and the cabinet width gives a facing to every size from S to XXL. The rope ladder shows the full embroidered design face-out, so the stitching sells itself.

The tube program keeps the display tidy through the whole day: staff restock by dropping tubes into their slot, and customers browse freely, touching the product without collapsing a folded wall.
