Equipment is only worth writing about if it changes what the buyer gets. Here is what ours produces. Across the 266 customer products with a recorded stitch count, the average design runs 15,117 stitches. Eleven sit under 5,000, 68 between 5,000 and 10,000, 126 between 10,000 and 20,000, and 61 above 20,000. The heaviest, NTTB, runs 38,762 stitches in six thread changes.

What the machines have to hold

• Multi-head embroidery machines running recipes of up to 21 thread changes. The average recipe changes thread five times.
• A thread rack of 233 Gunold colours, with Cream 1378 in 1,289 of our 2,666 recipes.
• Calibrated registration for the small number of screen-print jobs that still come through.

The measure that matters: who comes back

In 2025, 132 of the 159 accounts that ordered had ordered in a previous year. The average account placed 4.7 orders. That repeat rate is the quality test we care about, because a gift shop that gets a bad run does not reorder.

Uptime through the peaks

Orders peak in June, July and October. Preventative maintenance runs in the low months, November through February, so the heads are clean when the reorder calendar turns. Training runs the same way.
