Temagami sits on Highway 11 about 100 km north of North Bay, on the northeast arm of Lake Temagami, and has been a canoe and lodge destination since the railway arrived in the early 1900s. It is also our most active Ontario destination: three Temagami accounts have placed 26 orders for 3,279 garments with us since January 2023, and the table below is their reorder history. Finlayson Point Provincial Park, inside the town limits, logged 23,226 visitors in 2022.
What Temagami reorders
Old-growth white pine, canoe, loon, moose, the fire tower on Caribou Mountain and a floatplane at the town dock. The reorder table is Temagami's own order history, not a catalogue guess, and it shows what the lake actually sells. Our artists localize the loon and the pine with the Temagami name, and the restored fire tower, the most photographed landmark in town, makes a wordmark of its own. The fishing opener in mid May and fall colour in September are the two shoulders worth stocking for.
